Camp Scholarship form #1 If camp fees are an obstacle for your student to participate in the camps during the summer, please fill out both pages of this form and return it to Coach Boyer prior to June 1st.
BSD Physical Form All physicals will need to be completed using this form. Physicals are needed every 2 years. All incoming Freshmen, Juniors to be and/or first year players need to have them completed prior to participation in a practice.
